Pungtud Wall
Pungtud Wall's entry point is marked by a fishing hut on pillars in the water, aligning with the south point from Panglao at a bearing of 125˚. Underwater, divers will encounter a stunning array of complex hard and soft coral gardens, teeming with small fish such as Anthias, Raggy Scorpionfish, Ribbon eel, and One-stripped fusilier. Towards the end of the dive, there might be a slight current against divers; in such cases, it's advisable to return in shallow water towards the south if the current intensifies. The site serves as an ideal location for safety stops, with plenty to observe on the shallow 4-meter sandy pads. Divers can also bring a dive light to explore the small caves along the wall. The recommended dive direction suggests starting with the wall on the right shoulder, heading northwestward.
